I Gotta go to the bathroom.....O wait

Hey Chucklers,

So I promised some Ethiopian toilet blog today and I am a man of my word. This picture was taken in Gondar in 2007. This is probably the worst toilet that I have ever seen. Now I don't want you to get the wrong impression because not all toilets in Ethiopia are like this but....a majority of the ones that I saw over my two weeks there were. Its hard to describe the difficulties of trying to poop in a whole in the ground. As you can see from the picture not everyone is successful. That real toilet that you see next to the whole in the ground doesn't work...it must have been a cruel joke by the owners of this restaurant. In fact, it wasn't even connected to plumbing, just placed in there. That didn't stop people, however, from pooping in it. Unfortunatly I dont have a picture of that. My friend there has been disguised by me because I didn't ask for his permission yet to show his face and I think a vanity shot with a disgusting shitter is a case in were I should see what he thinks. Don't think too hard about this picture.....just enjoy.
